The Pelicans claimed Jemison off waivers Friday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports. Jemison was waived by the Grizzlies earlier this week but will now have the opportunity to compete for minutes in the Pelicans' frontcourt rotation. In 2023-24, Jemison averaged 6.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.2 blocks and 1.1 assists in 23.0 minutes across 25 regular-season appearances. Source: CBS Sports
