Veteran running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire re-signed on a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints to remain through the 2025 season. Writer's Analysis: Edwards-Helaire, who was born in and went to college in Louisiana, is returning to New Orleans for 2025. While he was not very involved in 2024, largely due to an extended stint on the non-football illness list due to his battle with PTSD, he did return at the end of the season and could be fully ready for 2025, his sixth NFL season.
