Romanov provided an assist, five hits, six blocked shots and two PIM in Monday's 6-2 win over the Avalanche. Romanov took a physical toll on the Avalanche, leading all skaters in the game in hits and blocks. The 24-year-old defenseman's physicality is his bread and butter -- he has seven hits and 14 blocks to go with six shots on net, four PIM and a minus-2 rating through three contests. He'll continue to be a physical force as the stay-at-home half of a pairing with the more offensively-talented Noah Dobson.
