Nowell and the Rockets agreed to an Exhibit 10 deal Tuesday, Kelly Iko of The Athletic reports. Nowell was with the Raptors on a two-way deal in 2023-24, but he made only one appearance for the season. In Houston, he'll be considered a long shot to make the final roster. Source: CBS Sports
